More About Coach Zac
I spent four years as an assistant coach for a Florida high school team and two years as an elementary school wrestling coach in Michigan. I have worked with wrestlers ages 6 to 12, as well as 14- to 18-year-old wrestlers.
I wrestled for a combined 10 years between elementary, middle, and high school. Altogether, I have a total of over 15 years of wrestling experience.
Every session can be different due to the various aspects of wrestling. With my experience, I am able to identify any problem areas that a client my have and can adjust a training plan according to his needs. A client will be able to ask for specific advice on any problem area within the sport, and we can focus on improvement in that area in order to help advance his career.
