I created a basketball training program that has emphasis on incorporating strength, speed, agility and conditioning into every training session. This combination of world-class performance training and high-intensity basketball skill development has helped players to achieve incredible levels of success.

I challenge players to maximize their abilities through comprehensive basketball—specific strength, flexibility, movement, agility, and speed training while seamlessly integrating on-court basketball skill instruction. Centered on the concepts of carefully integrated skills training, elite performance training, proper nutrition, mental preparation, corrective exercises, and kinetic chain improvement, the program is incomparable and will produce fast and enduring results.

Within the framework of my program, a player is provided with detailed performance corrective coaching, nutritional guidance, and skill instruction that allow the player to continue developing well into the remainder of their career and life.

A New York native, earned his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from Queen's College C.U.N.Y. in 1988 and received his Master’s of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the same Institution in 1990. Has 19 years of coaching experience on Collegiate, Professional and Semi-Professional Basketball Teams in the United States and in Greece. Certified Basketball Coach by F.I.B.A. Served as Head Coach for the Greek Fire Academy (2000-2004) and was awarded The Hellenic Arm Forces Basketball Coach of the Year back-to-back in 2003 & 2004. Then was appointed as Athlete Services Coordinator in the Athens 2004 Summer Olympic Games. Has been serving up to now as a Collegiate Athletics Professional in the Hellenic Arm Forces with an emphasis on Men's Basketball.

Small, intimate classes to ensure maximum individual attention which features: Tailor-made, 12 month basketball training curriculum authored by Coach Zacharias Parimeros one of the world's best in advanced basketball exercise and skills coaching specialist. Twelve months of customized drills guaranteed to improve your skill level and raise your game to the next level. Twelve months of customized strength training to improve your athleticism and improve your performance on the court. A competitive interscholastic game schedule which allows for game competition against some of the top players throughout the country Calculated, individualized, college placement strategy with knowledgeable coaching staff. Exposure to Division I, II, III and NAIA college coaches

BBT's Three Segments of Basketball Training:

1. Pre-Season Training Segment (July - September)
Intensive drilling on the court
Heavy emphasis on strength, movement, and endurance training.

2. In-Season Training Segment (October - March)
Moderate individualized drilling on the court
Moderate emphasis on strength, movement, and endurance training
Assimilation into Team Concepts - Daily Team practices and
Interscholastic Games.

3. Post-Season Training Segment (April - June)
Intensive drilling on the court
Heavy emphasis on strength, movement, and endurance training
Culmination of college selection process for seniors.
