I have over 8 years of coaching experience from high school to the college level (D3 and JuCo) with experience as camp director and coach of youth camps. As an assistant coach, I have specialized in working with post players.

I was a multi sport athlete in high school, playing both basketball and baseball. I helped our program to the first winning season in over three years. I have experience playing all positions during my playing years.

A typical session starts with a warm up/stretch before moving into drills tailored to the player's skill level and expressed needs. Drills include those that improve ball handling, shooting/layups, footwork, passing, and post moves.
