I have been around a top level of training and coaching for 15 years as a player and am looking to translate what I have learned to players who are looking to play at the next level.

Focus on agility, technical ability (dribbling), movement off the ball, first touch, target practice, finishing, fitness and mind games
A lot of cone work with a ball will be completed.
Taking a first touch and knowing where to play, before receiving the ball.
Finishing under pressure
Checking your shoulder will become a habit that is second nature.
You will become an overall much more fit soccer player.
I can teach players what to expect in a college soccer environment and give them tips on how to deal with things on and off the pitch.
