More About Coach Yosef
I’ve been doing individual coaching for the last three years now. I’ve worked with kids that are 5-18 year olds. I also have coach a U14,16,18 team for two years. Helping them tactically and develop the athletic ability.
My name is coach Yosef, I’m an ex professional player for Atlanta united, Philadelphia union and Hobro IK in Denmark. I was also in u.s youth national teams growing up. During my career I was able to play with some of the best players in the country and also play against champion league qualified teams.
Typically, the first session will typically be a focused technical development session designed to see the areas that need the most focus and development. This information will then be used to design a complete training session that will focus on the four developmental aspects of soccer: Technical, Tactical, Physical, and the Psychosocial.
