More About Coach Yolanda
Throughout highschool I was noted a top player in the DMV. Entering my sr yr I was a top 30 player in the country and was invited to play at the USA 17u trials for the national team. I was recruited by almost every college and university in the country but committed to wake forest university in 2005. While attending wake forest i coached at several of the universities team and player camps. I later transferred and graduated from George Washington university.
After graduation I coached my first aau team "team unique" were I developed several all Americans and top 100 players who have went on to play for premier universities such as Norte dame, Columbia, Georgetown and Delaware state.
A typical session with me is full of energy in both the mental and physical departments of the body. I focus heavily on ball handling change of speed and direction through individual 1 on 1 moves and defensive drills.
