'A.Q.R Futbol Training'

Started my professional career in London, England with Crystal Palace Football academy. Was linked with professional moves to Luton FC and Corby Town FC, both professional teams in England. I've played semi-professionally in America at Knoxville Force, West Virginia Kings' Warriors and lastly Houston Dutch Lions, here in Conroe, Texas, where I played in the 'US Open Cup' against the likes of professional side 'San Antonio F.C.' I also played at a collegiate level for Lincoln Memorial University.

A typical session is initiated with a warm up, preparing the body for activity. I like to start with ladder work, helping them improve their overall co-ordination. We then work on foot skills and fundamental footwork needed for all aspiring soccer players. Lastly I like to end on a position-specific drill, helping them understand what exactly to do in a Live game.

Coach Yinka is awesome. He is teaching my daughter new techniques in soccer that she is able to take home and practice with in the backyard. He has given her a list of 5 levels of soccer goals to complete this summer which will help tremendously for the fall season. He has seen her practice with her soccer club and has given eye opening advice that I believe the soccer club would have never given her. We are very blessed to have a soccer coach like him.
