More About Coach Xiana

I have worked with individuals, helping them set and achieve personal goals relating to fitness for two years now. I worked as a personal trainer at a commercial gym for one year and as an intern at a sports performance gym another. I have experience with clients of all ages (youth, teenagers, adults, elderly).

I have competed at the division I collegiate level for five years, at the University of Rhode Island. I hold titles for the NEICAA outdoor long jump champion ('21, '23), Atlantic 10 indoor 4x400m champion ('23), runner up in the NEICAA outdoor 200m ('23), runner up in the Atlantic 10 4x100m ('21). I also hold the URI sophomore indoor long jump school record and was a captain on the team from 2021-2023.

I will provide a one hour online session for fitness training once a week. These sessions will be used for setting and reflecting upon a clients goals, setting a plan to achieve these goals, and education as it relates to a workout plan that is created specifically for the client and their goals.
