I am a two-time olympian in track and field and currently the fastest sprinter in the world in the 50 meter dash Master's Division. For over 15 years I have propelled athletes to new heights, optimizing their explosive capacity resulting in jumping height gains and improvement in 60 yard dash times. Using cutting edge and propriety techniques I am also able to help players maximize their reactive core strength to effect maximal force and longer distance "hits". I am also certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA).

My Career highlights include setting the state record for New York State in the 100 meter dash in high school, tying national record 4 x 200 meter relay event in high school and I was also a member of a World Record Holding Collegiate Sprint Team (Taft College). Finally, I am a Two Time Olympian and Currently ranked the #1 fastest sprinter in the world in the 50 meter dash Master's Division Track and Field.

My approach is based upon a harmonious blend of scientific and holistic principles. I start all sessions with a comprehensive evaluation, including taking a complete athletic history and identifying performance goals. I also conduct a dietary and nutritional intake analysis to identify and remediate dietary habits that may compromise your performance goals. Finally a thorough analysis is conducted covering several key functions including: flexibility, core, syngeristic balance, and stabilization capacity.
