Experience coaching from youth level to high school level and aspiring professional athletes.
Coached youth development programs, Varsity High School, and NPL club team U16.
Competed 1 year at Quinnipiac University ( DI) and 3 years at Iona College (DI) and recently played professional in Sweden and was captain of the team.
My typical session includes a technical warm up with the ball followed by some balance, mobility, and agility training and then on to position specific work that varies on the players needs.
