I have experience training basketball players that range from youth, high school, college level Division I, II, III, NAIA, JUCO, and pro level NBA and Overseas players. I have a personal trainer certification with ISSA and I am CPR/AED certified with the American Heart Association.

My sessions are usually for 1 hour and 30 mins. Each workout we will work on SHOOTING, BALL HANDLING, FINISHING, FOOTWORK, PASSING, DEFENSE, POST WORK, FILM STUDY, AND CONDITIONING.
