I am the director and head coach for Easy Street Family Lady Threat Under Armour girls basketball program. I am also the varsity girls head basketball at Bard Early College HS DC.

I have a foundation first approach to player development. Each player's individual gifts will only be enhanced through solid fundamentals and understanding of how to apply their respective skills. We always begin with shot and ball handling repetition, working on perfecting a balance between technique and comfort level. From there we gradually progress towards in game application. Once a player has a solid grasp of basic skills and an understanding of how apply those skills, they can begin playing in more and more competitive settings and as their physical bodies mature to match their talent they will be able to control the development of their own games.
