Each session is based on my Elite Guard Training program that I teach at the Wylie Elite (WE) Basketball Academy, which includes elite dribling, shooting, passing and jump/agility drills. There are three training phases. Off-season, Pre-season, and in-season. I will structure the workout accordingly.
