4-Year letter winner at The University of Michigan with 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level. As a self-taught Face-Off Specialist, I have had to constantly learn how to combat new rule changes while still remaining competitive on the field. I have also had experience with the mental aspect to Lacrosse and different ways to handle stress and pressure on and off the field.

Competed as a Face-Off Specialist at the University of Michigan and achieved a varsity letter for all four years despite multiple injuries. At Paul VI High School, I set the record for ground balls in a career as well as Face-Off percentage in a season. I was also able to make two All-WCAC conference teams, one of the most highly competitive high school leagues in the country.

My sessions begin with warming up your hands and starting to time the whistle for about twenty minutes. Once we have gone through the complete warm up we will then go into ground ball work that will simulate the ones FOGOs experience during games. I like to keep the last part of the session for live Face-Offs. I believe this is the best way practice what we have learned in the first part of the session.
