More About Coach Wayne
Since launching, I’ve worked with hundreds of youth and high school athletes, many from underserved or overlooked communities, helping them improve their confidence, discipline, and athletic ability. My mission is to build a long-term impact in the community by creating a structured environment where athletes can train, grow, and stay off the streets. I am also Woodbridge High School boys head basketball coach.
I played college basketball at Vanguard university and played 3 out of my 4 years due to injuries. Coming out of high school I had several offers but I felt like going to a Christian school would be best
After college I had an opportunity to play professional basketball in Calgary Alberta Canada for a season , which was an experience I’ll never forget.
All session are an hour long
- I focus on skills and development and improving performance in a basketball structure environment
- All sessions are not planned out ahead of time, I since what my athletes/ clients needs to improve, and manage my sessions in that manner.
- All workouts are intense and maybe uncomfortable but I will challenge your abilities and mindset to be better and never give up
