A large part of my endorsement of Coach Tremblay is specific to my son. Brian did not want to pitch. It was the last position that he wanted to play. He would avoid eye contact with Coach Tremblay if he thought Coach was going to ask him to pitch! He had no confidence in his own ability. Coach Tremblay recognized that Brian had skills to pitch. He worked with him and built his confidence. He taught him to pitch so well, in fact, he pitched in the championship game allowing only 4 hits! Coach Tremblay recognized the individual talents of each of his players and embellished those natural abilities, giving his time unselfishly for the good of the individuals and of the team.

At the beginning of last season, I didn't want to pitch, all I wanted to do was play the outfield. He (Coach Tremblay) would tell me every practice that I was going to pitch sometime during the season because I had a good arm. He is the reason I had a great year on the mound and had a chance to pitch and win a State Championship baseball game.
