Two sport athlete in college. Current college coach. Author, speaker, national lecturer on all aspects of baseball, hitting, pitching, recruiting, etc.
High level instruction, heavy on video. All lessons start with a mechanical intensive aspect, then progress from there. Once mechanics are down, cover approach, and heavy on the mental game.
