Lee High School assistant coach for their varsity basketball team. I have typically worked with high school students but can adapt to any age group if needed.
Hosted many sports camps at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs for basketball for high school students. I also played basketball throughout my high school and college career.
Stretch first, ball handling, lateral motions...slides...quicker feet., shooting drills, footwork drills, fundamentals drills, end with stretching.
