More About Coach Vasyl
I started my coaching career after moving to the USA 6 years ago. I mainly worked as a coach for children aged 7 to 14 at the American Futsal/Soccer Academy (Chicago). Also in the 2022-23 season I was the assistant head coach for the semi-professional adult team FC Tryzub Chicago, where we won the championship in the highest division in American Futsal (NFPL). And in season 2023-24, FC Tryzub won Illinois ID Futsal League, where I was a head coach and a player. I have a Grassroots 9v9 and 11v11 Soccer Coaching License (Illinois).
I started playing soccer at the age of 6. After graduating from the Soccer Academy I have signed my first professional contract with FC Karpaty Lviv, a top league team of the Ukrainian Soccer. After several seasons I’ve moved to another professional team FC Energy Lviv, which played in the top league of the Ukrainian Futsal League. After moving to America, I played for semi pro teams such as Hammers SC, Connection SC, Schwaben SC and FC Tryzub. I’ve won the National Futsal Premier League with FC Tryzub in the 2022-23 season. Also with FC Tryzub, I’ve took a third place in the UPSL in soccer (ranked 4th league in America). And in season 2023-24 I’ve won the Illinois Futsal League.
I select an individual training plan for each individual football player. Depending on the level and needs, I offer a wide range of training, such as: technique, passing, shooting, foot work, coordination, speed and agility, understanding the game in general. Player can expect highly professional training session.
