More About Coach Varrick

Over the last 20 years, I have worked for many well know fitness facilities around the country including Country Clubs Fitness Centers and Spas. I'm a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor , Fitour Certified Personal Trainer and Group/Bootcamp Instructor. I've coached clients from age 14-80. I have Jr. PGA players and college level golf athletes on my current roster. I played Football and Track & Field, up to the college level and played golf for the last 20 plus years.

I'v been a top level fitness trainer for over 20 years. Played football up to the college level as a running back rushing for 200 plus yards per game. Certified master club fitter with most major golf brands.

I use a lot of the current technology to train my clients. Titleist performance Institute Training System is an excellent tool to use with my golf fitness clients, because it allows me to screen/consult physical limitations as it relates to the golf swing. Build custom fitness plans to improve overall performance and power. We can use mobile app tools to video share workout tips, golf swing motion and many other physical conditioning tasks that promote overall performance.

This is my evaluation of Varrick Haynes, as my personal trainer. In the beginning as his new client. I was unmotivated,terrified of weight training & very self-conscious about my shapeless physique. Varrick is an exceptional trainer. He is always encouraging me to push it a little harder, recognizes when I try, and my routines are never boring(very important). I whine, and he tactfully ignores me & pushes me to finish. He is the right balance of professional & humor & I have come to rely on him & look forward to my training sessions. I don't think I could have picked a better fit. In under 7 weeks I have lost 17.5 lbs and a bunch of inches. Varrick & I are fairly sure we saw a bicep muscle for the first time the other day!! As hard as it was to start this process, it's the best thing I've done for myself & I'm grateful to Varrick. Melinda R.
