As a Certified Nutrition Coach with fourteen years of experience, Valerie works alongside Professional athletes and tenured Navy Seals on a regular basis She relies on the science of blood sugar stabilization to teach her clients how to improve their athletic performance and endurance, burn body fat, increase lean muscle mass, boost energy and metabolism. Valerie has personally coached thousands of clients including athletes of all ages and backgrounds to success through education on how their bodies reach pinnacle performance using goal setting, customized meal plans, ongoing support and education to achieve these ends. She holds both a Bachelors degree in Nutrition and an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.

As a professional chef Valerie specializes in teaching clients how to let go of yo-yo dieting and achieve their athletic goals with natural foods they love. She has served as Master Nutrition Coach and Head Chef for a world-wide nutrition corporation for the past fourteen years and as a Nutrition Specialist for O2X, a human performance company created by Navy Seals, where she leads engaging nutrition presentations and cooking demos for the Boston Firefighters and elite corporations. Her program includes nutrition, sleep, stress, supplementation, water and cardiovascular exercise parameters (where applicable.)

As a former competitive dancer, Valerie learned how critical it was to fuel her body to maximize performance and separate from the competition. She then went on to coach thousands of nutrition clients in the past fourteen years including athletes of all sports. Valerie is the creator of meal plans and recipes for a world-wide nutrition program used by hundreds of thousands of members. Her nutritionally balanced performance-based recipes have been featured in two books (one NY Times Bestseller) and on Patriots.com, Livestrong.com and Glamour.com and her cooking videos have been featured on HLN. She recently appeared on The Chef's Kitchen, a national TV show featuring some of the country's best chefs.

2 MONTH ONE on ONE PHONE COACHING PACKAGE (recommended) $1000

*Nutrition Assessment plus 4 follow up sessions (plus complete phone / email / text support in between sessions)

You will begin with a detailed 2 hour nutrition assessment so Valerie can learn more about your specific goals, sport (if you're an athlete), training routine, lifestyle, current nutrition / diet and health and commitment level. During your assessment, Valerie will teach you how to keep your blood sugar stable through frequent, macro-balanced meals to achieve your personal goals. Together you will create a customized nutrition/meal plan based on real food that you actually like and that fits your lifestyle, along with supplement, water and sleep parameters.

1st through 4th follow up sessions (approximately 1 hour per session)

Each follow up session is completely customized to your specific goals, progress, sport and lifestyle. Focus areas may include:

-Adjustments based upon your specific sport (you will need more fuel as your increase your engine / metabolism)
-Goal setting every session
-Learning how to create your own macro-balanced meals so you know how to fuel your body and performance for life
-Optimal Nutrition planning for games, practices and traveling etc.
-Quick macro-balanced and portable snacks for busy times
-How to dine healthy at your favorite restaurants (you are encouraged to email your favorite restaurant menus)
-Exploring cooking techniques and macro-balanced meal options for you and/or your family
-New mouth-watering recipes to help you keep your meals satisfying and exciting...etc.

2 MONTH IN PERSON (on location) COACHING PROGRAM / $1600

INDIVIDUAL PHONE COACHING SESSION (2 Hours) $400.00

INDIVIDUAL HEALTHY COOKING LESSON at your home (approximately 4 hour session, $750)

I first started working with Valerie about three months before my wedding. I am in the fitness industry and always considered myself a "healthy eater" but I wanted to try and step things up for the big day.
