Trained high school athletes and coached teams when I played professionally overseas. Age is typically high-school or middle-school who are training for the next level.
Received a full Division 1 scholarship to play at the University of Maine, then transferred to D3 Rowan U. where I became an All-Conference player. After that, I played pro and was leading scorer of my team in Sweden, Argentina, and Chile.
Warm up, then figure out what area we want to focus on...shooting, dribbling, agility, etc. Then we cool down and stretch, followed by homework to do throughout the week.
