I'm a well known AAU coach in St. Louis, Mo, now I'm in Atlanta , GA looking to rebuild & help basketball players improve individually. I can train from ages 12+ I've coached middle school & high school player's as well during AAU play.

I've competed in sports such as basketball, football, baseball & volley ball from middle school until my Junior year. After my junior year I dislocated my shoulder & broken 2 ribs so I have up after my injuries.

Right now my main is more like a defensive specialist more than just being offensive minded like everyone else. Defense wins games so that's where I like to direct my focus. Anything defensively & also cardiovascular activities & strength practices such as treadmills, laps, swimming, weight lifting, etc.
