FACILITY: I train at a LA Fitness & JCC location in the Chicago area that have a basketball court. A $12-20 drop in fee or membership is required to enter the gym and train with me.

WHO: I train both male and female basketball players from 13 years old through adults.

MISSION: To provide individuals the means to train consistently, sensibly, and systematically in a safe, clean, fun, positive, and professional way to reach maximum basketball performance and injury prevention.

EDUCATION: Masters Degree, Sports Administration​ - Valparaiso University, 2012, Bachelors Degree, General Studies - Indiana University, 2010.
