I have worked with elementary, junior high, high school, college, and professional athletes. I currently have been working with Willie Wood, on the Senior PGA Tour, a professional on the Latin Tour, Talor Gooch, who is with golf.com, and many more. I have years of experience in working with golfers to maximize their success.

The initial session will begin with a Functional Movement Assessment to analyze the athlete's movement patterns and provided a grade and ranking system to give us a reference when we begin training. I will then start using assessments and tests learned from TPI to learn the athlete's ability to rotate, stability in the stance, durability, and the ability to generate power.
We will take the scores from these assessments and create a program that begins with targeting mobility and works into the durability, stability, and strength component that is very golf and player specific.
