Client Reviews

Coach Ty is very patient and he’s knowledgeable about the game of basketball. His attention to details is outstanding, far better than any other trainer that has trained my son. He truly cares about his clients. I would highly recommend Coach Ty whether it’s for beginners or more advance athletes.

My son started with Coach Ty when he was five years old, he's now six, he could barely dribble. I just wanted him to learn the basics and understand the rules of basketball. Coach Ty was extremely patient and kind. My son is so excited to go to the training sessions and now watches basketball any chance he gets. My sons dribbling and passing has gotten so much better. My wife and I will definitely continue to go to Coach Ty.
My daughter needed to improve her shooting and ball handling skills. She began training with Coach Ty when she was in 8th grade. I saw improvements within 2 weeks. I was very impressed with his patience and attention to detail. Furthermore, Coach Ty is very creative with his training sessions. My daughter was never bored with the workouts. The workouts are intense, but he does not over do it. I was impressed so much, that she continued to train with him through out her entire high school career. Coach Ty is the best trainer I have seen around this area. He is honest and passionate about making kids better. He truly loves what he is doing.
I have been taking my son Marley Villasenor to Coach Ty since he was 9 years old when he was affiliated with First Step Basketball, Inc. with his older brother Coach Lorenzo Hall. Now Coach Ty is the founder of GameTYme Basketball, LLC. I currently take my youngest son Zane to Coach Ty as well . My oldest son is a senior at A.B. Miller High School now and I still take him to training because Coach Ty is one of a kind. Others trainers dont focus on FUNDAMENTALS like he does.
Coach Ty was a great help in my training. He helped me to identify my needs of improvement and taught me how to correct it and improve quickly.
Starting with Coach Ty was fun and productive. Every time I trained I felt closer to where I wanted to be in the game. That makes me feel more condifent. Best training in the Inland Empire. --B Jones, age 18
I have tried so many times and so many ways to improve at basketball, but had not been very successful. From our very first session, I've felt I was in good hands with Coach Ty. For the first time, I felt as if my trainer focused on drills that was not only challenging but helped me improved. --L. Hatcher, age 21
