Troy Steadham II

I currently coach at North Tampa Christian Academy. I specialize in girl basketball development. I coached AAU basketball for Florida Prospects from age groups of 8th-12th. I have been coaching for 10 years. Our main goal when we are training the kids is to make them better players for their respective Schools.

I played basketball at the collegiate level. I competed at Bethany College and was the first freshman to start for the college. I also played AAU basketball where our team won several tournaments and I was MVP. I played point guard and averaged 26ppg, 7 assists, and 8 rebounds a game.

It depends on what the client wants, but typically we start off with the fundamentals of basketball with cone drills of dribbling and shooting. After that we work on how to read your defender and what moves to make against them. We do many different drills based on the skill level of the kid.
