More About Coach Trone
I was a graduate assistant for Livingstone College Mens Basketball team for 3 years. I also was an assistant coached at Eisenhower High School Girls Varsity Basketball. I have coached on the High School and College Level. I work with all age groups starting at 5 years old both males and females individual and group training. I have trained a number of professional basketball players both male and female who are currently playing overseas basketball. I have a Masters Degree In Coaching and Athletic Administration Exercise Sports Science.
I graduated from Redlands East Valley High School where I was a 3 year varsity letterman. Two year 1st team all CBL honors. I then went to play at Chaffey Community College in Rancho Cucamonga where I was 1st team all Foothill conference and led the league in assist. After Chaffey I received a scholarship to Livingstone College I led the league in Assist for 2 years and led my team to the first CIAA conference championship game in school history.
Each session I like to focus on a specific skill set depending on what the client needs to work on the most. I take a progressional approach to each drill starting with something the client may already know and I slowly make them uncomfortable. My goal as a trainer is to simulate game scenarios and help my client become efficient by taking game shots, using game moves, going game speed, using in the game footwork and in game focus.
