More About Coach Tricia
I have coached many different levels of athletes since high school. I coach for a High School Club lacrosse team. I've done various camps. I coached a university and a boarding school in England. Now I currently coach at the Division 3 level at Manhattanville College.
I played 4 years of Varsity Girls Lacrosse at Mahopac High School, All-Section, All League my Senior year. Played 4 years of D1 Women's Lacrosse at Stony Brook University where I led the team in Ground Balls, my Junior year. I also tried out for the US National team in 2010 and made it to the top 40 cuts.
For an individual session a client can expect a focus on fundamentals and fine tuning the basics. I would focus on stick work and foot work drills then combine the two. Depending on the position of the player and ability level we would then work on positional drills such as shooting or 1v1 defense.
