I have worked with, and had the pleasure to learn from some of the top prospects for the 2015 MLB Draft. Worked closely with the several college coaches from Northeastern University, Wheaton, Lincoln Memorial, and Kenyon College.

Typically I work with High School students, but I would gladly work with anyone who is interested in learning and improving their catching and/ or pitching skills

Every catcher I have coached at the highschool level is now playing college baseball, as well as a few pitchers. I am the bullpen catcher for the Harwich Mariners of the CCBL

Typical session from me would depend on what you were looking for. Always start of with stretching and throwing. I throw every chance I can get, the more you throw the stronger your arm gets. For pitchers typically we would break down the pitching motion and mechanics. Throw a bullpen session and break down what went well, what needs work, and what we will be working on next time. For catchers, hopefully we can always have a pitcher throwing to you. As a catcher your first job is to catch the ball, that may sound very basic but its true. Lots of hand eye and footwork drills.
