More About Coach Travis

I have played almost every level of basketball so my experience on coaching and training is elite. I have coached from ages 5 to professional athletes. I have worked at Spence (an all girls private school) coaching and training the basketball, softball and lacrosse team. I coached for the Basketball Stars of New York Titans AAU basketball team. I currently train at 360 health club in Reseda.

I enjoy working with and training all ages. I played 4 years of Division 1 college basketball, so its my goal to share my knowledge of all aspects of the game by bringing a complete program for my clients that focus on the physical and mental part of this game.

- Played for St. Francis College NCAA - Division 1 collegiate basketball player
- H.S: West 50th street (NY) Help the squad reach the PSAL class A finals in 2008 by avr. 23.3ppg
- NY daily news All Manhattan Second Team & also a PSAL NY post ALL-PSAL honorable mention pick.
- Started the Seton Hall game and have a career high game of 25points 14 rebounds in the season opener 2012-2013 season
- Scored 23 points on 7-11 3 point shooting vs Albany University.
- Became SFC go to guy off the bench by averaging 11.7 points in 20 min per outing in the last 11 games in 2010-2011 season
- Drew league (2015) top performer in week 6

The session depends on the players skill set. If its a guard or wing they can expect to work on their ball handling, their off the dribble shooting, their ability to jump, run faster, being able to finish around the rim, defensive drills, and as well as occasional post and rebounding drills. If a big man, we will work on post moves, rebounding, shooting, defensive drills as well as dribbling, passing drills and footwork. Strength & conditioning is the key to making the job to next level, so that will be a major focus!!! The main key to the session is to make it enjoyable, educational, and effective.
