I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and I have over five years of fitness training experience. I have trained individuals from the the youth level to senior adults. I have trained under Nettie Reeves, Owner of N'shape with 'N Fitness and Image Studio and creator of the infamous FUNky Fit here in Charlotte, NC.
I am dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals. Regardless of your fitness level, I have a plan and program to fit your needs. I have a passion for helping individuals, regardless of their current level, become mentally and physically fit. In order to transform you into the NEW YOU, I offer one-on-one personal training, partner training, group training, fitness boot camps, couch to 5k training programs and strength and conditioning classes.
I have participated and completed many 5k's, 10k's and even a half marathon. I have completed the Ramblin' Rose Women's Triathlon three consecutive years. I am currently being featured as "the face" of the Ramblin' Rose for 2015. I have been featured in Endurance Charlotte Magazine. And can be seen in advertisements throughout the state of North Carolina.
Each client is different and has unique needs. The first session will consist of a fitness assessment. From this assessment we will determine the current fitness level of the client. We will test cardio endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, core and much more. During this initial session, I will also talk with the client to determine their personal fitness goal.
Once we have determine the fitness level and goals of the client, our following sessions will be based around that information. I will create a workout regiment that is tailored to their specific needs with exercises that are appropriate for their individual situations.
