Former University of Tennesse Player/Mentor/Trainer. Demonstrated knowledge of basketball skills, tactics and strategies. Experience in coaching basketball from K-5, high school and AAU. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and project a professional and winning attitude both on and off the court. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of NCAA rules & NCAA certified.
My Athletic accomplishments includes McDonalds All American 1997. Tennessee Gatorade player of the year in 1996 & 1997. Best of the Preps winner for the city of Memphis,TN 1996-1997. Class AAA Mr. Basketball winner 1997. Selected for the Magic Johnsons round ball Classic in 1997. University of Tennessee point guard. Freshman of the year in SEC conference. Collegiate accomplishments includes the John R. Wooden award canidate selected 1998-2000. 2 time all SEC first team selection. Playboy All-American team 2000.
I stress fundamental concepts and a baseline work ethic, I try to adjust to each Athelete personality/learning style to maximize there experience. Focus on improved dribbling, shooting, defense basketball stragtery / I.Q and conditioning. Proprietary training programs include: Advanced Dribbling Drills, Refined Shooting / Passing Drills, Focused Defensive Maneuvers, Specialized Basketball Agility/ Conditioning Drills, and drills focused on increasing basketball I.Q.
