More About Coach Tony
The principles I base my training on is strictly practicing what I preach. My athletic/fitness background includes college soccer where I served as team captain and earned NCAA first team all American honors along with Tourny MVP. I also ran track. My events include *400 (52sec) *800 (2:02) and mile (4:44). Running is critical when it comes to athletics and fitness. I placed 13th in elite wave at the Mens health urbanathalon 2012.
Currently, I am a crossfit endurance instructor. My philosophy is to customize endurance circuits for sport specific athletes and even non-athletes. I have trained many professional athletes so far. Also, I perform one on one personal training for even more specific training. Furthermore, I currently hold speed and conditioning fitness coach at Wilmington university. My teams include, mens and women's soccer, softball and mens and women's basketball.
The sessions I run are typically an hour of intense, energetic interval training with short breaks to get the most out of the session. Crossfit endurance includes, strength Circuits,core and calisthenics. Team training includes, plyometrics,agility,core and sprint work.
