I have coached and trained boys and girls from ages 9-16 for the last 7 years. I coached for the OC Shooting Stars boys travel team. The last three years I have worked with Villa Park NJB starting an All-Net program for the 5th-8th grade girls. I have coached and trained all the players on the squad for the last two years. My shooting resume includes working with Craig Hodges, a former NBA player for the Chicago Bulls and shooting coach for various NBA teams.

I played All-Net from 5th-8th grade. Attended Villa Park High School and played 3 years on Varsity as an All League player and 6th Man. I received an athletic scholarship to Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, Ca. After Vanguard I pursued a career in basketball at the next level but didn't make it. In the process I met some amazing coaches who taught me a wealth of knowledge about the game.

I focus mainly on shooting in the beginning. All my sessions are 60 minutes in length. I find that when kids feel confident in their shot the rest of the game comes easier. (And most kids don't learn the proper way too shoot a basketball at a young age, limiting their opportunities later on). I focus on what your athlete needs, not just the proper technique. I have worked with players that have different issues and may not be able to work the technique the proper way. It is all about connecting with the player and making them comfortable in their own personal game.
