I have the US Soccer (A License, Director of Coaching License, and Grass Roots Workshop). I have 16 years of professional playing and coaching experience. And 25 years of coaching youth soccer experience. I currently do private training for individuals, small groups, and coaches, with expertise in virtual and social distance training for all ages and genders. Served as Director of Coaching for prominent youth and pro clubs in Wisconsin, Colorado, and California. Complete proven Micro Soccer curriculum, player/student centered approach and philosophy, all with fun approach and learning how to be a member of a team. Also college scout - training and placing players in college soccer programs. such as Stanford, Butler, UW Wisconsin, UW Milwaukee, Marquette, UW Parkside, Detroit Mercy, Valparaiso.

Extensive professional career including NASL-Chicago Sting, All Star with Oklahoma City of the ASL, and All Star with indoor Milwaukee Wave and Ft Wayne Flames. Over 500 professessional games played, and an A League Championship with the Milwaukee Rampage as Assistant Coach.

Players will advance in all technical skills including ball control, shooting, dribbling moves to goal, and all with both feet. Players will be put into tactical situations to utilize gained skills and will improve in pressure situations in front of goal. Love and passion for the game is nurtured as players become successful with the ball.

I've known Tommy Alioto since 1978, we've been teammates and he has coached me at both the amateur and professional level. His positive approach to developing youth players in Grassroots Programs has been successful for every club he has ever helped, he knows what works and what doesn't work.
