Each session is catered specifically to each athletes and their individual needs.

Sessions will work players out through a series of drills aimed to build lasting proper habits. Drills will include dribbling shooting, defense, and agility.

A sample of drills include:

1. Full court dribbling/come dribbling

2. Defensive Closeouts

3. Jumpers w/Closeout

4. Off ball movement including v-cuts.

5. Full-Court layup drills limiting dribbles.

6. Driving hard to basket w/defensive pressure.

I expect players to not only accomplish the goals I’ve set for them but to also accomplish their own individual goals.
