More About Coach Tom
Tom started his career at Stoke City, working as a performance analyst for their Category One academy. The following season he moved to Wigan Athletic, linking up with their U21 & U18 age groups. Here, he worked closely with players including Sam Tickle, Charlie Hughes, and Thelo Aasgaard. It was during this time Tom gained the first of his two degrees, graduating from Liverpool John Moores University. He then completed a MSc at the University of Worcester - whilst spending time with Shrewsbury Town and Notts County, as a First Team analyst and Individual Development Coach, respectively. In 2025 he moved to the U.S. after attaining his UEFA B license with the F.A.W.
I have a strong emphasis on individual player development and a passion from helping American players who have been left stranded by inflated club rosters and sub-par coaching.
