More About Coach Todd
6 Years of experience training and coaching athletes, soccer moms, kids, and grandmas how to incorporate functional fitness into everyday life and teach an appreciation for proper technique performed functionally for time, reps, and rounds. Past clients range in age to 3 to 50.
Certifications: CrossFit level I, Physical Education teaching license (K-12), gymnastics specialty, and masters degree in sports administration.
My love for fitness started when my mom enrolled me at Summit Gymnastics Center in East Aurora, NY at age 6. I had terrible coordination at that age and would bang, slam, and slide into everything in the house. Gymnastics taught me work ethic, flexibility, coordination, and discipline. I eventually competed all over New York State until age 15. When I found CrossFit in 2008 the gymnastics and body weight component immediately became a strength in my training/WODS(Workout of the Day). I was immediately addicted driving 50 minutes daily to the only CrossFit gym in the CSRA.
In 2010 I opened, operated, managed, and eventually sold the rights to the first functional fitness (crossfit) gym in Aiken, SC. I Moved the business into my own home garage, and train clients in small group and 1 on 1.
10 Minute dynamic warm-up with small mini WOD (Workout of the day). 10 Minutes of skill work or 1 Rep max attempt, 20-40 minute WOD that is always constantly varied performed at high intensity, 10 Minute mobility and cool down. Equipment includes: Pull-up-rig, olympic-lifting platform, gymnastics rings, landmines, plyo-boxes, jump ropes, assortment of kettlebells, wall-balls, and easy access to several miles of running trails. Training may also be conducted at area local parks, although equipment used would be limited.

Coach Moore was unlike any other gym teacher I worked with. His positive encouragement made me work harder. Believe me when I say, I lost more weight in a month than ever before!
