More About Coach Tim
I have spent 5 years as a D-1/collegiate strength coach and self taught biomechanics professional. I have worked with youth aged children as young as 6, upwards to professional athletes in MLB and the NFL.
I have worked at Kaiser, Vanderbilt, Purdue and the University of Washington. Coaching athletes in baseball, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, T&F, Lacrosse etc. I have taught Yoga and Pilates as well. I have also coached in the Cape Cod baseball league for 3 summers. Serving as a pitching coach and performance coach.
I competed in baseball for 5 years at the collegiate level. My freshman year in college I lettered in basketball and baseball before only containing with baseball. I played at the D-2 and NAIA levels, winning a national championship in 2014 with Cumberland University.
I played throughout high school and was apart of our schools first state championship runner up in basketball in 2011. I played with many successful AAU teams in Nashville in basketball during my high school years.
In a session, you can expect to receive a written profile and report of the athlete. What exercises and drills to work on for the skill we are developing. You will receive video guidance from me, txt/call/email support 7 days a week, and a progress report for evaluations. Our sessions are about feedback and learning how to practice so when we finished you are equipped with what to do from the time before we meet again.
The session will be fun, engaging, yet very insightful.
