More About Coach Timothy

I have worked under Tim Grover at Attack Athletics training professional and college level athletes. While there, I also coached at the NCAA Top 25 Camp and various youth camps. Currently, working at Phenomenal Fitness in the South Loop area of Chicago, I am training athletes who play Division 1 basketball and children as young as elementary school. I have trained with Sonny Parker, former Golden State Warrior, for many years and recently coached at the Jabari Parker Family skills camp for ages 10-18.

Played 4-years Men's Basketball at Western Michigan University (WMU), a Division 1 program in the Mid-American Conference (MAC). Went to the NCAA tournament in 2013-2014, playing Syracuse in the 2nd round. Earned WMU Coach's Award for hardest working player on team my senior year.

A client can expect to build upon a base of ball handling, shooting, and game-like scenarios. I will warm up an athlete with spot shooting and then work on ball handling drills. The client will then be put into game like scenarios, such as coming off ball screens, that will put previous drills into practice. This type of workout will allow clients to become more prepared for situations that will occur during games and enhance their performance. In addition to on-court work, clients are provided with a personalized off-court stretching, strength and conditioning regimen that promotes body growth and development to meet the physical demands of next level competition.
