I have coached basketball since I graduated high school in 2007. I started coaching AUG 2007 at Sequatchie County Middle school for 3 years. Then I coached a summer elite team called the TN Force in Dayton, TN from may 2011- may 2012. I stopped because I had my first child. Now I am personally helping individuals improve in their skills whenever I am needed. My coaching accomplishments have been vast. Every tournament that my team has entered has either won or in the top 3. My focus is on the individuals weakness. Shooting, dribbling, defense and learning plays. I have a simple easy approach to teach individuals the basics and then when those are mastered we go harder. I motivate each individual to what I expect them to know. I thrive to have all my students to achieve a college basketball experience.

Playing basketball in high school and college was the highlight of my school career. I enjoyed practice more than games then because I loved learning new things to do and new challenges. My Jr. and Sr. year of high school my team went to sub state for the first time in years. We were known as the fab five. I received rewards for highest free throw % in the area, and also received the defense award for having the most steals. During my college career I received the coaches award from Bryan College because I was always helping others learn the plays or giving them instruction to become better. This is when I started coaching my own summer ball team called the TN Force with Roy Pankey and Lebron Herd. Every year I had a great, hard working team every year and I love the improvement of each individual as a whole and as a team. Winning shows how improved you have become. It does not define the player. I also coached at Sequatchie Co. middle school right out of high school for about 5 years.

Typically, I base my sessions on each individual. To find out what you can do I start with lay-ups, box drill and dribbling drills. This gives me an idea of what abilities you behold.
