I have been an American Legion assistant and hitting coach for 5+ years. I have worked with players from freshman in high school to seniors in college.

I played Division 1 baseball at Fairleigh Dickinson University and prior to that I played at Norwalk Community College in CT. I led my team in JC in several offensive categories. I was selected to first and second team All-New England my freshman and sophomore years. I played in the Junior College World Series both years and finished 3rd in the nation my sophomore year.

Every hitter is different. I do not believe that every hitter needs to hit the same way. I believe small changes to an existing swing is more effective. Based on what the goals of the hitter are will determine what program we will set up.
