I have been a trainer with the Taylor Sports Group family for about 2 years and have since worked with Youth ranging from Elementary to High School.The skill level of these kids range from beginners to G-League Select players. In addition, I also have experience training college players, overseas/NBA prospects,and NBA All-Stars.

I most recently played basketball at Florida National University (FNU) after Graduating from Wake Forest University. During his two years at FNU Thomas was selected as two-time Team Captain, Two-time Beach Bash Invitational All-Tournament Team selection & a 2020 Tournament MVP. In High school I earned All-Confrence honors my JR & Sr year while playing AAU with Nike team Houston Hoops, Adidas Team Houston Franchize, and Under Armor Team Houston Defenders.

In a typical session we will first warm our body up to make the necessary movements needed to play basketball, we will then move to ball-handling which is based on skill level and position of the kid, from there we will go finishing around the basket, finally we get into shooting both catch and shoot and then off the dribble.
