More About Coach Thiago
I am a Brazilian native. I hold the International A license as well as the USSF National. I have over 30 of experience in soccer 20 years in training youth and adult from amateur to professional level.
I played in Brazil for many years. As a youth player I had the opportunity to play in several organizations in Brazil such as Athetico Mineiro, current club of superstar, Ronaldinho, and Cruzeiro FC where Ronaldo, "El Fenomeno" started his career.
By the age of 15, I was already playing professional and by the age of 20, I was coaching.
Usually I start with dynamics warm up, with that said, it gives me the ability to see what does the player lacks on, body control, balance and flexibility, then we move to SAQ training, (speed,agility & quickness.) Alway finished up with abdominal work out.
