More About Coach Thaddies
Ten (10) years of coaching experience, ranging from the little league, to semi-professional level. I have coached athletes in many different environments, and time has allowed me to develop a system that ensures every athlete a chance to sharpen their strengths, while addressing weakness. The goal is to build fundamentally sound basketball players and allow them to go forth and play to their full potential. My experience is as follows:
2006-2008: Marine Corps Community Services - Kaneohe, HI
(Youth Basketball)
2011: Southern California Eagles | LaBelle Community Football League - Chino Hills, CA
(Special Teams Coordinator)
2012-2014: Tri-City Bandits/North Texas Panthers | Texas United Football League - McKinney,TX
(Offensive Coordinator/Head Coach, Special Teams, Strength & Conditioning)
2015: Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest County - Temecula, CA
Head Basketball Coach/Athletic Director
2016-Present: i9 Sports - Temecula, CA
(Site Manager)
***CPR, First Aid, and Heartsaver (AED) Qualified and Verified***
As a semi-professional athlete and coach, I've spent a lot of time evaluating players and helping them attain specific goals. Spending three seasons in the LCFL (1 year coach/2 years player) was the turning point of my career. I have been teaching the game of basketball for over five years, but my basketball experience spans 20 years. I have coached and played for championship teams, but my true passion lies withing teaching the art of basketball. I have also served as a mentor through the North Texas Amateur Football Organization. Through the NTAFO, we were fortunate enough to send three young men to college to realize the dream of playing collegiate football. Other athletic accolades include:
2007 Marine Corps Community Services Volunteer of the Year
2007 MCCS Youth Basketball Champions
2009-2010 Los Angeles Generals Semi-Pro Football (Tight End/Linebacker)
2015 SWC (Boys & Girls Club) Varsity Basketball League Champions
2015 SWC Coach of the Year
2015 Player unanimously voted SWC Most Valuable Player

Coach Thaddies is a great coach, he not only teach me the basic but also show me a lot of tips. He also shares his personal experience on the court with me. He is very friendly and calm so feel free to messed up and he will fix you lol. After few sessions with him, I believe i get better with my defense and strength
