I am a certified fitness professional who works one-on-one or in a group setting with my clients. You should consider me your private coach who will educate you about health, exercise and nutrition. I will assess possible health risk, if any, and plan a safe exercise and, in some cases also a dietary program, built specifically for you to meet your requirements. I will strive to motivate you and create the necessary exercise routines that will help you to achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.
My first assessment as your personal trainer will be to talk with you about your lifestyle, including nutrition, stress and activity levels. Based on the answers and your fitness and exercise goals, I will plan a fitness program that fits your needs and goals. The plan will be built around exercises that are suitable for you and your schedule. By doing so, this will improve your motivation and the probability that you will continue with the exercise plan.
My job as your personal trainer is to educate you about weight training anaerobic and aerobic exercise routines. I will teach you how to do exercises correctly and how to prevent the risk of injuries. I will also instruct you on how to properly use the different exercise machines at the gym and how to work all the major muscles of the body. As your trainer, I can also help plan anaerobic and aerobic exercise programs including jogging, treadmill, elliptical trainers and bicycling workouts. It is important to me that you receive all the help and advise that I can give to you that will ultimately assure that you reach your fitness goals.
