More About Coach Terrell
Hello, I am Terrell M. Harris. I am a graduate of Norfolk State University and Wesley Theological Seminary. My pursuit of self-mastery led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist, and a Sports Nutrition Consultant. I am also a 3 Time Marathoner and former college athlete.
I have experience coaching youth from the ages of 10 - 17 and I also served as a player/coach for several local men's leagues.
I am a former college basketball and baseball player. I have completed 3 full marathons including the Marine Corp (2x), The Leigh Valley Marathon. I have also completed three half marathons including the Annapolis Half Marathon (2x) and the Philadelphia Love Marathon.
All sessions will be adaptable based on skill level. Sessions are designed to master the fundamentals before moving on to advanced skills. Athletes will also be able to study film of their sessions which will further assist them on their path towards mastery.
