10 years coaching experience from ages 4-18. Coached varsity, junior varsity and recreation basketball. Refereed basketball for 7 years Juco and DIII highest level. Played basketball my entire life making it to DII level.
High school all district 1st team in basketball and football. Competed at Va state university in basketball and football. Played quarterback in college. Played the guard position in college.
Foot work working on speed and agility. Core strength that is key for being explosive. Knowledge of basketball that will help with read & react. Fundamentals of dribbling working on combos moves and stationery dribbling as well. Shooting drills from all the spots on the court while helping to extend the players range. Passing drills for beginners bounce , chest and over head to advance passes such as pocket passes to no look passes.
