Coaching Strengths

Specializing in developing post players where rebounding and post defense and offense is coaching priority. Recruiting is one my greatest strengths was promoted to recruiting coordinator during my 2nd season at Guilford Tech. Scouting future opponents and developed stat sheets which kept the coaching staff up with current statistics such as fouls, turnovers and best/worst free throw shooter. Relating to student-athletes and parents is one of my most valuable assets.
